Allow lists to be folded in the text editor
Sometimes, the text in a card could be too long. This function can make the card easily read.
Adding onto this,
Foldable headers/segments would be helpful when editing or reviewing larger cards containing a lot of text or segments.
Yeah I agree with Felix. Not just bullet lists but if there was a way to do this with blocks of text or (without complicating/obscusing the editor too much of course), that would be awesome. Maybe a type of collapsible-header which you can attached below blocks of text to. Similar to the details/summary tags in HTML.
<details>
<summary>Click this Header to expand</summary>
Text body goes here
</details>
would love this feature to be implemented. Also, I have noticed that there are only 3 levels of nesting under bullet points. Would definitely love to have infinite nesting feature in bullet point lists as I use them very frequently
That’s not true, there is no limit in nesting lists. Here is an example:
Since I’m new to the app, I am not fully aware perhaps of all the features. Mine is not nesting infinitely. Probably a bug?
Before I can transfer most anything from my Logseq, Obsidian, or Tana spaces, it is imperative that foldable lists be available in Scrintal.
As a former Logseq user, I can attest that foldable bullet lists are really helpful. Not all of my literature reviews compress well into Zettelkasten bites. Thanks for considering this.
This is one of the most essential functions I need in all my productivity apps. Notion, Xtiles, Heptabase, Obsidian, Tana, etc. all have this and Scrintal should definitely implement this. 🙏
