Text Editor Toolbar is Hidden Behind the Android Toolbar#155

Hey please see below:

On android tablet the toolbar that allows you to interact with text on a card is appearing underneath the context sensitive android menu.

The context menu is opened anytime you click a word on the card. This means every time you want to use the Scrintal toolbar you have to first move the android menu off it.

I suggest the Scrintal toolbar be repositioned so it opens above and somewhat offset to the word that was selected, and therefor would be visible and usable when it opens.
