Allow Adding a Card without Selecting It First#163

Currently, to add a card to the desk you have to first click it to select it, and then drag it to the desk. When adding just one card which is something I often do, to start a day off, this seems like it has an unessacary step (clicking the card).

The suggestion is to be able to drag and drop cards to the desk without first clicking them to select (but also preserve that functionality in case you are adding many cards and prefer to select them from the archive before adding).
