Merge Windows App Controls into the UI#183

Before the last update Windows app don’t have any type of window controls, it was not a problem since i use zones on my screens. Windows native apps are merging the UI into title bar, and make it useful, electron apps already can make the same thing. So in a future update the windows app can have a option to hide the window frame/title bar + window controls or have just the window controls merge with UI.
