View Boards on Boards#25

View a board as an icon on the desk (or on a board), and it’s links to other cards (or other boards via cards). This way cross-board connections can be displayed.

This assumes we can link a board to another.

From my perspective, a board is a different way to represent the same information that could be on a card #98 . In that sense, there could be a card representing each board (not just an icon).

@Bianca Pereira I see the point (and agree) – but also would like to keep upvotes focussed, as both ‘tickets’ share intention 100%…

Having a board in the canvas as a card will enable us to manage the complexity of dealing with multiple boards and many cards. It will improve organization and traceability. This goes well with overall principle of getting the big picture overview. I highly recommend it

Using Boards for presentations I need a way to structure my presentations visually. Boards as cards could be such a structural aid enabling a prezi-like navigation (without the dizziness :-)
This would allow arbitrary nested boards which is a natural extension of todays 2D-boards.

This feature is implemented as of version 0.18.300
