Designate Standard Directory for Downloads#269

In order not to have to specify where to save files that are downloaded through Scrintal, it would be helpful to either be able to designate a standard folder or similar, or have a “Scrintal Folder” as default setting. If already possible, it would be good to be prompted to set such and opt out if not desired.
