Move Elements Through Alignment Points while Holding Shift#318

When on the board/desk, it would be nice to be able to move objects in an aligned manner.

E.g. holding down SHIFT and moving the object along an aligned path either horizontally or vertically depending on the direction the movement is initiated in.
