Search Improvements#407

Search needs much improvement please

• Search: within note, and highlight results, list results
• Search: Boolean capabilities (AND/OR/NOT/WITHIN etc.)
• Search: Saved searches/Saved boards (As above)
• Search: combined (And Tag and Word(s) and Date (range) etc.
• Search for content WITHIN a card - ie. makes it more usable.

Search by tag omits some cards with the tag and adds other cards that do not have the tag
