Enable to delete tags from taglist, Enable to rename tags from taglist#414

Tagging is a great option at Scrintal, but unfortunately there is no option to delete or rename tags from the taglist. So the taglist can get very long and overwhelming.
Especailly because all the scrintal tags (tag recommendations) also appear on this list.
It would be super if the tag-list could be customized and unwanted tags could be deleted and tags could be renamed

Good to have a tag wall of the cards similar to Capacities where the relevant card or all card can be seen and can be selected to form new board , Even creating the group within the tag so that sorting can be done within the tag as well
