Always lost of synchronization of content into cloud#614

Recently it is very common to encounter content lost despite i am connected ( green on top right hand corner ) i.e. when I refresh my page, some of the recently input content is lost.

I have to always ctrl + A and copy the latest content before I refresh the page, otherwise I may risk losing some content.

This is extremely annoying and has been the proble, for recent half the year. Please fix that and do not tell I am connected to the server although it in fact has lost connection for some time already please.

Hello. Can you please provide more information on when and how this happened? Where you on beta.scrintal.com or app.scrintal.com? Did this happen on 1 board only? If you email me (ece(at)scrintal.com) the email address you used to subscribe we can check the problem also.

Just had content disappear from a card I was working on when I closed the card. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Now my boards are not up to date when I signed in again…

I had a similar problem and reported it in March already. I did not get a solution from Scrintal and was advised that Scrintal did not find any reason for this happening and could not find my missing information. This happened just before an exam and caused much stress as the board contained all my study notes. I am very hesitant to use Scrintal again untill this problem is solved. I was using the app on my laptop at the time. I have a stable, fast internet connection also.

Hi everyone! We did deploy a big performance update in April. So @Zoë Ene @Zookind1 please make sure you’re on app.scrintal.com URL rather than beta.scrintal.com URL. If you are using a desktop app, please delete your old apps and download the new version from https://app.scrintal.com/app/card/K2Fjrw2Npp547WzSZdkv. The latest version available is v0.22.842. You can check your versions by clicking on your profile in the app.
