Column functionality needs improvement#403

Currently notes added into an object with multiple columns (ie. as if creating a pseudo TABLE) are:

• rows not kept aligned
• cannot scroll below a certain number of ‘rows’ ie. loose rows of notes if add below a limit when trying to scroll doan (think this is somewhere above 7 or 8 ‘rows’ od notes
• cannot add titles to columns
• cannot add a title to the whole column object
• cannot link into or out of the column, or the column object
• cannot reference the column object of the colum anywhere else in scrintal (ie. can re-use notes on any board, but not the column object or colums.
• not able to add a tag to a column or the overall column object

So each of these areas would be ripe for improvement - as the current column functionality is rather limited and misleading if one has several notes in the column object.
